I was going to say that the iTunes feed didn't show up, then it just did; Today in Music History didn't, though.
Anyway, I like the double shots in general, as long as they're not too similar and that was true today.
I really love the original of Starry Eyes by the Records, a perfect pop song about a lousy manager. I could never understand why it wasn't a bigger hit at the time.
The cover by Too Much Joy was pretty much a retread of the original, so I was wondering what the point of it was. Is there a back story I'm missing, because they appear to have completely rewritten the verses of the song – were they having a go at their own management?
