I'm stuck on Brad Pitt and the ancient Greek looking one (maybe Temporary Like Achilles?)
Brad Pitt is 'Temporary Like Achilles' (He played Achilles in the movie "Troy"). The image of St Paul is "Obviously 5 Believers".
The other three, you're right, are Leopardskin Pill Box Hat, Stuck Inside of Mobile… and Just Like A Woman.

It is clearly BoB, so I have to start a new tack. Well., new in that no previous commenter has gone there, although I'm not the first to think it, I know.
I thought that "visually challenged" indicated content from Rayb Charles and/or Stevie Wonder…
