How strange…the Mike Errico cover is not available from eMusic (although the album is) and the amazon version is only on the physical CD…the mp3 version doesn't have it. Damn! (Not to be found on iTunes, either.)

When the Going Gets Tough – genius! I've ordered the soundtrack and I've just gotta see the film to see how the modern tracks fit in. Easily the main reason why I'm a Coverville devotee – being introduced to a fantastic range of very different cover versions. Thanks Brian!

I particularly enjoyed the Jessica Biel cut – it's weird and a little off-center, but I like that sort of thing…. The bit in the middle reminded me a lot bunch of another strange song from another strange act, The Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band (a band from the 60's) called "The Intro and the Outro": it has Eric Clapton on ukulele (for real), the Incredible Shrinking Man on Euphonium, and Adolph Hitler on vibes.

The first 2 songs, what a coincedence. Last year I went to a Matt Nathanson concert in NYC. And he played both of them. So I almost thought you had made a songs-that-Matt-Nathanson-covered-but-done-by-different-artists-show.

Isn't 'Tomorrow Wendy' originally Andy Prieboy of Wall of Voodoo fame? I think folks get confused as Johnette also sung backing melody on Andy's version and then made it her own.
