Loving that Luka Bloom cover of Wishing on a Star. You should do a Who Did It Better show pitting that cover against the Fresh 4 version I sent you a few years ago. =^)

Probably because Whiskey in the Jar isn't and shouldn't be considered a cover. It's a traditional song. One probably almost never knows the origin of a traditional song, therefore one can't really pin the author on anyone.

Weird. AllMusic saus that kate Nash was born in Dublin, and then moved to Harrow North London, where she grew up. But I see what you mean – her Wikipedia page says London. Her official website doesn't have a bio page, so is there anyone out there that can clear this up?
