Your program is always fantastic, but these last few days of the countdown it has been stunning. A copy of the Indigo Girls ‘Mona Lisas and Mad Hatters’ AND Gary Jules ‘Mad World’? Impossible for us to find, and you are now officially one of heroes! Happy New Year, and keep up the good work. Brian.
Excellent presentations.
K.d. Lang’s version of Hallelujah is also great.
Are you aware that doppler can not download any thing since your 12-34-2004 podcast? It looks like there is no enclosure statement in your rss xml. Just guessing since I’m new at this.
your right, since the server move the xml doesn’t have enclosures for the past 3 episodes 🙁
Beyond the Sea by Royal Crown Revue is excellent.
(Sorry if this is only news to me; just heard about this cover.)
Just a thought, a cover of “Gin and Juice” by Snoop was also done by String Cheese Incident and I think they did a better job then The Gourds.
Wow, I didn’t know you lived in (or near Denver), so do I. But I won’t stalk you 🙂 I was listening to Jeff’s “Hallelujah” while it snowed out (and it still is). What a great mood that puts you in with the snow flakes slowly drifting through the air.
Thanks for Coverville!
Oh, and check out Roper’s cover of Shania Twain’s “You’re still the One.” The Album is ‘Prepare yourself for the Mediocre’ iTunes link
