He'll always be The King! For the bonus show, you might want to play Elvis's cover of "Bridge over troubled water" – it's awesome!
I would also like to suggest the Doctor and the Medics version of "Burning Love". Bonus points for anyone who know the movie that is from. More if you can find the video.
Wow. Thanks for the show, though you managed to find my least favorite cover BY Elvis, ever. Sounds like he mailed it it. Out of tune and botched lyrics.
Should I be ashamed that I didn't know that "Love Me" and "You're the Boss" were Elvis songs? The cover of "You're the Boss" that I know is by the Brian Setzer Orchestra (with Gwen Stefani), though.
I love the Beautiful South track, but the Amazon link seems to go to a different EP. Anyone got a source to buy this version?
