It’s 12am here in NY…. I thought I was overtired from studying for finals but the 5/1 show is the same as the 4/28 show. I actually downloaded the show three times before realizing it. Right click the download button and click properties, it should say 050428.mp3
If you open the file 050501.mp3 at the same URL you will get the right show.
i see someone else figured this out too 😛 gotta say though, love the podcast, it is by far my favorite. i’m going through them all, i’m up to november, i’m hoping to finish everything this week. maybe then i’ll suggest a few songs, at least then i’ll know what’s been done
Thanks… 🙂
Like the new grid format.
Every week CV gets a little better.
*lol* that version of centerfold is just hilarious! I don’t like that kind of music, but that one really is great :))
I love Coverville, even when I am not crazy about the tunes. But following that amazing version of “Wish You Were Here” with Hayseed Dixie is just plain wrong! And, please, no more Johnny Cash. Unless you want to show how badly he masacred “Desperado”
Brian…this episode is great. I love the cross-genre covers!
Gotta a suggestion/request for you. “The Chimes” has a cover of U2’s “I Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For” in a gospel-ish style. I have it from a German McDonald’s promo CD called “Love”.
Been waiting to come up with a worthwhile request, and well, there it is.
Rock on.
