Have you heard "Summertime"? It really makes me shiver!
i love the album. i´m not that familiar with tom waits older works, but with all since rain dogs.
so i know all (or almost all) of the sogs that scarlett did. for sure she is no nico (and she knew
and didn´t try to be), but her voice has the mystic beauty and atmosphere of julee cruise.
when will she play in a david lynch film? i really love the album.
watch out for her aol-session including one non-cd-track.
hi brian.
I'm refraining from commenting on the Scar-Jo travesty (each to his own an' all) but am just throwing a line out for a bit of help. I can't seem to find your email otherwise I'd have mailed yo proper.
Could you drop me a line so I can shoot back a quick call to arms/need for an assist on a Tom Waits cover show I'm planning?
Cheers,
DC
